My family and I stayed three days. The facility is clean, brand new, and spacious. The rooms have a Keurig and a smart TV, which was great for signing into our own Netflix account for the kids. The indoor pool was heated, and the fire-pit was huge, perfect for making s'mores. We spent our days at the beach and our nights by the fire pit and in the pool. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The "beach view" shades on the windows were a nice touch.

Would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was decent and had something to satisfy different tastes, although some of the bagels were a bit stale. The location was convenient, close to different attractions and easy to reach. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for food places. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

The lobby was locked when we arrived late and we had to wait for someone to open the door, which took about ten to fifteen minutes of ringing, calling, and knocking.The room toiletries were not refilled before our stay.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn! The value for money was exceptional and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The hotel's location was convenient and the staff members were professional, friendly, and always ready to offer suggestions for local dining options. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful fire pit at night, adding a cozy touch to the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could use a sweet roll to make it even better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was wonderful, very professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with updated and fresh decor. The lobby was a comfortable place to relax, and we enjoyed the beautiful fire pit during the night. We also appreciated the good coffee and the availability of tea tree shampoo and conditioner. The location was great, just 6 minutes away from restaurants and stores.

As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the clean and spacious rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The inclusion of a Keurig in the room was a thoughtful touch. The smart TV allowed us to easily sign into our Netflix account for the kids. The heated indoor pool was a great way to relax, and we loved gathering around the huge fire pit for s'mores. The hotel's location near the beach made our days even more enjoyable.

We felt very welcome at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott South Kingstown Newport Area, and there was no reason for us to complain.

I had a seamless check-in/out experience and the rooms were very nice. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby cities like Newport, Providence, Warwick, and Narragansett. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options including eggs, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, waffles. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast server was friendly and easy to talk to.

Amazing mattress!! The whole family loved it. The pillows were also a hit with my daughter. The shower pressure and the pump bottles were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff was very friendly and genuine.

The front desk needs better training or additional support.There were some breakfast items missing and the response from the front desk was not acceptable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were fantastic, everything looked new and well-maintained. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the university. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly front desk to the pleasant breakfast server. The lobby was a comfortable place to relax, and the coffee provided was really good. I also appreciated the tea tree shampoo and conditioner in the room.
